During COVID 19 we are taking safety precautions and doing what we can to limit face to face exposure. Until further notice our office is closed to the public. You can view 3D tours and videos of the community on the Floor Plans page of our website or schedule a LIVE interactive virtual tour with a leasing professional during our posted office hours. We are available for questions from both current and future residents by phone, email, or text, and can help you with the leasing process.
1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments
Chesapeake Crossing’s cozy and affordable one and two-bedroom floor plans feature easily accessible elevators, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal in select apartment homes. A limited number of fully accessible apartments are also available. Enjoy wall-to-wall carpeting, energy efficient central heating air, and more!

Chesapeake Crossing I,II, & III Floor Plans & Guidelines
Chesapeake Crossing Senior Communities I, II & III offer affordable housing with both minimum and maximum income qualifications. We offer one and two bedroom apartments. Additional income verifications and documents are only needed when applying to live in Chesapeake Crossing I, II, or III.

Minimum Qualifying Income:
2.5 times the monthly rent (based on income sources). Ask for details.
Maximum Qualifying Income:
1 Person: $34,680 annual income
2 People: $39,600 annual income
3 People: $44,580 annual income
Application fees are $35.00 per person, and the security deposit starts at $99 (depending on qualifications).




The Courtyards at Chesapeake Crossing IV & V Floor Plans & Guidelines
The Courtyards at Chesapeake Crossing IV & V offer conventional housing.
There are no maximum income limitations:
